All orders are processed within 5-10 business days. 

Although rare, any unexpected delivery delays will be communicated directly to you via email provided.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated at checkout. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). 

Arch & Axel is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

RETURN & REFUNDS POLICY

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received the item to return it.

What are the requirements for returning an item?

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

No, we will provide you with a return shipping label.

How should I package my return?

Please pack the items in the original packaging or use a standard cardboard box that fits the item. Damaged items due to improper packaging (e.g., envelopes, poly mailers, or oversized boxes) will not be eligible for a refund.

How do I initiate the return process?

How do I know when my refund has been processed?

Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item for inspection. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will only be refunded for the purchase price of the item, not including tax and shipping.

Please allow up to seven days for the credit to appear on your statement. 

How does the return shipping process work?

We will provide you with a return shipping label for the item(s) being returned. Please note that a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund of the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

How can I exchange my item for a different style or size?

To exchange your item for a different style or size, please treat your order as a return. Once you have returned your item, place a new order for your preferred item.

What should I do if my product is damaged or defective?

If your item is delivered defective or damaged, you have 15 calendar days to email hello@archandaxel.com with your name, order number, and a clear picture of the item.

If your item is damaged after delivery as a result of a manufacturer defect you have 60 calendar days from the date you received it to contact hello@archandaxel.com with your name, order number, and clear picture of the item.

How can I cancel my order?

You must cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order. 

You can view your order status by clicking on the link sent in your order confirmation email. You have the options to edit and cancel within the 1 hour time period.

What should I do if I purchased my item from a third-party seller ?

If you purchased your item from a third-party seller or retail store, please use them as your first point of contact for questions and concerns.

Many of our retailers have their own return or warranty policies, and we do our best not to infringe on their business.

If you are unsuccessful in reaching out to your third-party seller or retailer, please email hello@archandaxel.com with a receipt or invoice and a clear picture of the item. We will contact seller to find a solution to your specific case.
